Key Account Manager – (K-Beauty Dist.)

Who we are
ASIABNC distributes Korean beauty brands in the U.S. Our portfolio covers 100+ brands sold at Olive Young, Korea's largest beauty retailer — so we see what's working in Korea before it lands here. We're in ULTA Beauty and Costco, and we run our own Nordstrom Marketplace storefront. Headquartered in Seoul; this role sits with our U.S. office in Orang County.

The role
Own our largest retail accounts and open new ones. Day to day, that means buyer meetings and line reviews, annual account plans and promo calendars, forecasting and sell-through analysis, and working with our Korea HQ on product, pricing, and launches. Some domestic travel for buyer meetings and shows like Cosmoprof.

You're a fit if you have
 •[1~3]+ years selling into large U.S. retailers, with direct buyer relationships
 •A track record of opening new accounts, not just maintaining them
 •Command of retail math — margin, trade spend, forecasting
 •U.S. work authorization

Nice to have
 •Korean language ability (preferred) — you'll work directly with our Seoul headquarters and brand partners on product, pricing, and launch timing
 •eCommerce experience — Nordstrom Marketplace, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, or Shopify
 •Beauty, personal care, or CPG background
