We are looking for a Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer requests and ensure maximum client satisfaction. the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the company’s sales goals.

Responsibilities
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Prepare Monthly reports
• Data entry in QuickBooks and ERP System

Skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred (Chinese speaking is a plus)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and address inquiry in a timely manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is plus)

Qualifications
• BS degree in Marketing or engineering or related field would be a plus
• Must be Green card holder or US Citizen
• Should be an available business trip.
